King Prawn Foo Yung

Egg Foo Yung or as I like to call it Chinese Scrambled Eggs is a dish derived from a Guangdong recipe in China. Its difficult to translate into English word for word but in a round about way it means ‘lightly cooked eggs’. The dish was popularised in Western countries where it was severed as a well-folded omelette with the non egg ingredients in the middle but it is actually supposed to be served more as a chunky scrambled egg.
