- 3 Spring Onions
- 200 g Beansprouts
Sauce Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

- Soften your noodles under warm water to loosen, drain and place them to one side. In a bowl mix together the sauce ingredients. Place your wok over a medium to high heat, add 1 tbsp oil and once smoking add the whisked egg. Mix gently to break up and once cooked transfer to a plate and set to one side. Add another tbsp oil and once hot add the king prawns. Once they have turned pink and are slightly charred and cooked, transfer to the plate with the eggs.
