Peanut and Coconut Mochi

Peanut and Coconut Mochi has a visually appealing presentation. The smooth, shiny surface of the mochi dough, often dusted with a light coating of corn-starch or coconut flakes, looks inviting and elegant. When filled with a creamy coconut and peanut mixture, the mochi can be cut into neat, bite-sized pieces that are perfect for any dessert table.

Peanut and Coconut Mochi offers a unique and delightful combination of flavours. The rich, nutty taste of peanuts pairs perfectly with the creamy sweetness of coconut, creating a balanced and satisfying treat. The subtle sweetness of the mochi dough itself complements these flavours, resulting in a dessert that is both exotic and comforting.
