This is one of those dishes that makes you wonder why it doesn’t appear on the table more often. Triple Delight Spicy Fried Rice is comfort in a bowl — fast, bold, and deeply satisfying.
The savoury richness of diced spam, tender chicken, and juicy shrimp comes together with fluffy rice, eggs, and spring onions, all brought to life with the fiery depth of chilli bean paste. A touch of ketchup adds that familiar takeaway-style sweetness, balancing the heat and rounding everything off beautifully.
It’s quick, unapologetically indulgent, and perfect for when you want something warming, nostalgic, and full of flavour — the kind of dish best eaten from a bowl with a spoon, no fuss, just pure enjoyment.
