How do you peel ginger properly?
Skip the peeler.
Use a teaspoon.
The edge of a teaspoon scrapes the skin off ginger easily without digging into the flesh. It follows all the knobbly bits, wastes less ginger, and gives you way more control than a knife or peeler.
Just hold the ginger firmly and scrape the skin away – especially useful around those awkward corners.
Less waste. Less effort. Better prep.
